i make quite a few pictures like this. by which i mean i use pencil and shading effects as oppossed to color. the result tends to be more pure and emotional than a colored pic. you can really see the lines the artists hand traced as they created their picture.

very well drawn, very well detailed, and very emotional. I would love to see the rest of the story!

and, unless you have some objection, im gonna feature you on my NG profile. i have one big constantly edited post that I use to inform users of talented artists and programers like yourself. it doesn't get a ton of hits, but i do what i can.

I'm a fan of writing with a pencil, colour can be too much sometimes, There are so much feeling in the picture and the shading is really good. It's really beatuiful :D
