Here's an alternative and more close up version of the outdoors gif environment I posted a while ago, but this time, Chester is sitting across from Faro and you can see some more details in the grass and trees. I'm attempting to create a new style/technique in pixel art with brushes in aseprite to make my backgrounds resemble oil paintings with dithering and more randomized details while characters keep their outlines to stand out. I actually got this idea after watching some Lupin movies and noticed how they stood out from their backgrounds but not in an awkward way and their backgrounds are stunning. I hope to perfect this and use it to distinguish my art, since I don't really have a style.
