Daft Punk Shoes

A birthday present I made for my friend: DAFT PUNK SHOES.

I know that everyone is jealous of her feet.

They started out as a pair of white canvas shoes, then I penciled, inked with microns, and finally colored with Prismacolors. The almost-pointalism stroke technique I developed was kinda cool. I've done a couple more pairs of shoes since this one, but this is definitely the pair that has the most win.

Amazingly done

Although, it looks like there was not any layer of pretective glossy coating or something to make sure it won't. You know wear and tear?

Ninjkabat responds:

That is true. I haven't found a good sealant yet that doesn't make the colors bleed and that waterproofs. But my friend hasn't complained about wear and tear, so as long as you don't wear them hiking it seems like it should be pretty good.

She pretty much just wears them as slippers.

amazing..

now thats what i call a fucking amazing pairs of shoes.

Ninjkabat responds:

Me too.
