Not that anyone will have noticed, but I haven't done anything in awhile due to commitments (IRL), but ended up sick, so in my spare time while I've been recovering from illness I decided to finish off one of my little side projects (that usually never get finished >.<)
... And so here he is. Captain Falcon in all his pixelated glory. Now I know someone's already made an entire Captain Falcon sprite sheet, but I really wanted to make a 'HQ/HD' esque version. Unfortunately this is a one time deal, so don't expect a whole series of animations. However, if you'd like to expand on what I've already done - Give credit and feel free ^_^.

In regards to the artwork itself:
- It's pretty much a faithful restoration of Captain Falcon's Brawl Idle stance
- I originally only planned to make the Brawl-style sprite in two variants: With and without the hanging scarf
- The 'GC'/Melee version was an extra amount of shading and recoloring, as [most of the colour scheme] was not part of the original process of creating the sprite
- The N64/Smash Bros version WAS part of the creation process, I needed a base/filler colour to build on, and I chose a purplish colour that reminded me of ol' N64 Cap. Needless to say, he's not an exact copy (For one he's round.. not polygonal, other flaws would be the shading that shouldn't be there and his scarf)
- The process was done in 25 different steps/versions, If the mood ever takes me, I may upload all 25.. but don't count on it.

Overall I'm really happy with how both the original and this final 3-pack of sprites have come out, the only part(s) I can really say dissapoint me are the gloves (I was too lazy to re-do them properly) and the visor/face area... I really was unsure whether to change the eye position, make the nose more pronounced, change the facial expression, etc. etc.

But again, pretty happy. Hopefully the rest of you are as well. Enjoy!
