Meh.

It looks okay. But the bisceps look a bit off. Like, the left one seems to meld in too much with the shoulder, but the right one is too small. Also, the shoulders are a bit lopsided. If I were to draw an oval that would cover his shoulders, it would be slanted down to the left. The face and hair look fine, and the arms too.

HOWEVER

I have seen worse. Very much worst. Compare this to some of the others I've seen, and your perfect. So I'm going to give you a 8/10, and recomend you for the art portal [Not that it'll do much, I'm not in yet]
