I think LegolaSS pretty much covered it.
What stuck out most for me on this is her left eye(our right), its totaly of kilter, come to think of it, her other eye is abit off aswell.
Her face should be symmetricall, but obvisouly in the perspective you are drawing.
Symmetry is beauty.
I think if you took care of that and what LegolaSS said and put abit more practice in, you could become quite the artist.

but when i saw this i laughed alittle... she looks rather funny... :3

anway... i like the way you added shading with the lighting... alot of people forget that bit... the legs could be a bit thinner... head abit smaller and possibly a neck?... shoulders are rather bulky and i think streching all of her would make it alot better... *i know you said about the shoulders but i still think it looks really odd... isnt this ment to be the suit under all that armor?... so why would they be that bulky?... anway... your art your rules... :P*
