by far your best piece. Overall you seem to have great ideas with poor execution. This is a very simple piece so the execution doesn't need to be great.

I think you just need a lot more practice, you are young right now. Keep it up and in the mean time as far as art portal submissions go stick with simpler stuff like this until you get some kinks worked out in your technique.
