Well this one is notbad i like the color usage here and the simple and subtle visual fun character and some fresh color so nice and simple can be good too

Pretty cute, but I prefer your organic style. ;P

Hmm, well the hair's a bit square somehow, a bit edgy at the ends, and the pupils different sizes, and the nose a bit off, and the whites of the eyes almost too big, the blush maybe a bit high up, the scarf almost carving into the face, and the shoulders go a bit far behind the neck, and that one boob is awkwardly pointy... but overall it's a pretty good caricature. The outline-less style looks good and the colors all flow well. Might want to work a bit with shading and glow, a couple of white dots in the eyes especially really add dimension to a picture (if that's what you're going for). Keep it up!
