Always thought that Shiva from FFX looked neat. She has Wild Person hair. 

I sorta had to cobble together the last stages of this one. My computer had an almost five second lag for every brushstroke, so apologies for the simplicity in some of the shading and background stuff. Would be down to pass the lineart on to a better artist and let them make something more of this, though! 

Anyway! Even when I'm not drawing Asari and Twi'lek, I'm still drawing blue ladies, apparently. Hahaha
