i am currently doing an animation thats based on a music track from a video game. i dont know why but i thought of clowns when listerning to it. so i also decided to make this picture for the animation. which il put on the menu thingy..
i made it a PNG file. im unsure why.. just felt like it had to be done. because i hate making backgrounds..

Mr giggles the blood clown is a surprisingly harmless clown. He enjoys going around honking his frog for a nose horn at people. The fog nose (when squeezed) will say LAWL or if the clown sneezes. Mr Giggle act in the circus is to direct the other clowns and make a fool of himself by bashing his head on a nearby wall. He likes that.
