Artwork - The Mook

Share

For this week's personal project, I went onto my now default setting and worked on a piece solely focusing on the values (like I did in these Artwork - Life Path, Artwork - The Cosmos on Fire).

After last week I found myself struggling to come up with any clear ideas that weren't stupidly complicated, pictures with a handful of characters or that would require more than two hours a day for a whole week to be done. So I took the easy route and went onto doing some fanart. I've drawn Louis before, but never had a chance to draw Legoshi (I am pretty sure this is the very first time I've drawn the guy). With how much he's been going through in the Manga, I wanted to keep it to the first season of the anime, which has been out for a while already and this scene in particular takes please very early on season 1.

The end result might've turned out too bright in the end, it seems like he's running on the surface of the Sun, but I think it's alright. And so continues me just drawing barefoot characters for this project. I've got to practice drawing feet, years of drawing nothing but ponies has left me having no idea how to draw both hands and feet, so all practice is more than needed.

Please, let me know what you think of it in the comments. I appreciate each and every single one I receive.
