Very cool

A nice cold and ice element like an ice thrown the character is cute and nice visual all around including some nice visuals of detail on the character

This looks awesome. The chair, the character, the lighting, shading, it's all smooth and professional. You can still see the underlying sketch under the color, but for the most part that only makes it seem more realistic. Her right hand though, is a bit odd. Keep it going!
