Year 144 Day 112 Obsidian-2

Location: Alpha Centauri - System

It's been a while since Celestia and Jade went out on a party together. And because they were kinda busy with errands, maintainence and a lot of other urgent duties, none of the girls had much time after work. Not to mention the energy to engage into social activities. However, after a bunch of preparations for an upcoming landing and exploring operation, they got a few days off to regain some energy. Of course Celestia couldn't resist when she was asked to join a party in Complex 6 with all her co-workers.

And as this picture shows, she also got Jade into joining. I wonder how persuading Celestia had to be but either way, she managed it ;D

After a long night of heavy drinking and karaoke everyone was quite exhausted (and also quite intoxicated). Jade obviously couldn't find her way back to her quarter. Luckily Celestia offered her a place to stay during the night. And this is where they are right now ;D Nothing more nothing less.

About the drawing

Well this will be my last drawing of Celestia and Jade in 2022. It was fun again to work on a slightly bigger piece this time, involving a lot of lighting and two characters with somewhat difficult poses :3 I'm happy about the outcome even if I must say, that I still feel that the final piece seems a bit off ;D I hope you like it anyway :)

For the last days of 2022 I hope you are having a great time! We will see us all back in 2023.
