Malcolm Williams has the ability to permanently steal ANY and ALL powers from others (usually superheroes) and use it for his own benefits or the benefits of his ally's (Team Villain).
Certain powers like; United We Stand, Omnipotent, and Powers obtain by natural causes (like reading a book to get Enhanced Intelligence) cannot be token away and used. His True Motives are unknown however...

That's true I take inspiration from a lot of different sources to create a character.
This is really good, just work on the background and the text is hard to read...
