OssiBossi, that rubbery look is caused by stretching when bending a models rig further than it was meant to go. I can assume he probably didn't model the elbows and knee's most efectively. Their are some really helpful tutorials you can find on google that deals with just that matter. Take a look!

It's cool but...

The model and the pose are good, but one thing bothers me. The other side of her elbows (?) and her calfs look a bit too small. That makes her look too... rubbery. Still, good work!
