This is Mayor Baxton, Liana's father and the Mayor of Baxton Creek, 12 years running. In some bizarre aristocracy, the mayorship of the town seems to be passed down from generation to generation.

Mr. Baxton is your run-of-the-mill Blagojevichian politician, he swears, he lies and is all around a pretty foul guy... So he's going to be voiced by Hans Van Harken. (Just foolin' Hans.)
