For years now, the House of Men on Stilts has held Dog races. It is quite lucrative, and many members of the church participate in a little friendly gambling. Fortunes are won and lost here.
In this time, circa 766 IGF the Meet is officiated by High Stiltman Pigeon Toe. Nobody could argue that the changes slowly but surely being enacted by Pigeon Toe have been exceedingly remarkable for the House of Men on Stilt's coffers. The changes have also been quite approved of by those watching the races as mere pedestrians as well. Seemingly the only parties not in total approval of Pigeon Toe's decisions are the racers themselves, citing ever-increasing strictness in modifications, rules and regulations, pageantry, and "race styles."
There have been four attempts on Pigeon Toe's life in as many years, but as many find out, it is very difficult to kill a statue.
