I wanted to try out Mihime's angryfaic shirt challenge but I decided to take it a step further and illustrate a whole magazine page for it, I wanted to encapsulate the vibe of those 90s-00s y2k aesthetic fashion magazines with a NG flare with some fake fashion brands.
Here are some examples of what I wanted to go for.

Hope I managed to emulate and encapsulate the vibe perfectly.
