Ugh....

I honestly dont like it much, it looks way to rushed and... whats up with the eyes?
I know your a started wuth photoshop, but... dont over use the effects.

Ok chris.

-The background is plain
-The hand is anatomically incorrect. Probably look at poses of people making a thumb up so you can see how the hand runs into the arm.
-The sketch lines are ruff and rushed. Doesnt look good.
-The eyes Look weird and judging from the size if they were to open all the way
it would go off the character scalp
-the glow effects are bad. Dont use the blow brush it always makes thing look bad.
-Finally the hair doesn't look that realistic you should work more on shading and really take your time.

You might tell me you took lots of time but I mean time out of your day to practice anatomy and improve over time. Then maybe try doing shit like this. as for now, it just looks bad.
