in General your Art is pretty good and you have had quite a bit of improvement since your first post back in may... but you really need to work on some better posing. and some anatomy.

it seems like the bulk of your anatomical knowledge comes from copying anatomy in anime... which is passable but it pigeon holes yourself into this style... not to mention you dont really know what what forms you are trying to emulate.
you should really do some realistic anatomy studies. it will translate well into anime.
you dont have to show anyone your realistic studies. i typically dont. but then again im more of a cg artist. and my drawing is more a tool to explore forms for sculpting 3d objects.

we have herd it time and time again. "im doing cartons/ anime so i dont need to study Realism".... trust me it helps alot.
we were all like that as young artists and we all eventually come crawling back to realism once we hit that wall and dont know why we aren't improving...
just save yourself some time and head ach.

i recommend this website if you want to study better poses.

and for anatomy i recomend the book "The attlas of human anatomy for the artist."
its available here for 4$ in ebook form only for the next 32hours.

hope that helps.
Best of luck!
