Abominable Snowman

This is my first piece ever submitted to Newgrounds. It features one of my faviorite chirstmas villians. This is done entirely using an iPad and my fingers. The app I used was Procreate. Took a total of like 8 hours. Hope you guys like it and I plan of sharing more works with you in the future!

Edit: Thanks for the front page guys, I really really appreciate all the awesome support/feedback.

Wow, done on an Ipad, I'm shocked, its amazing. I love the detail of the fingernails and the drool coming out of the yeti's mouth. I wish I had your talent sir! Im sure that Intuos you won will be a great step up from drawing on an ipad!

icheban responds:

Thanks! Yeah I'm really hoping to put the new tablet to use. Hopefully it speeds up the workflow so I can post more stuff! Thanks for the kind review :D

reminds me Yeti from SkiFree :) this is awesome when you think about ipad and fingers, nice details

icheban responds:

Thanks! Ha, I guess he does have that basic shape.

look pretty funny, so well detailed and sharp looking that i can see many wrinkles and fingernail scratches. it looks like you sketched it in a spontanious dumb looking way and then paint it in awesome details, i like that.
the backgrounds is not much, just meh. painted with an Ipad and your fingers sounds unbelievable but awesome. so yeah i faved it. keep up the good work.

icheban responds:

Thanks SpaglishHorse! I definitely worked on ironing out lots of details on hair and nails in this piece since I knew I was doing it for the December Challenge contest. I was playing around with a few backgrounds but didn't like the way they looked, so I decided to go with a non distracting one. Still definitely learning. Thanks for the review!

Do you want to build a snowman?

Deer:"I swear if it's another damn Yeti behind me..."

Nice job, btw. Didn't think drawing with fingers can turn out so nice.

icheban responds:

Haha probably is what he was thinking. Thanks though!
