Before you ask, I don't hate Undertale. I don't love it at this point but Helen doesn't speak for me... but yeah, I have a hard time taking Papyrus' death seriously at this point and I at least partially blame stuff like Glitchtale or Disbelief. I also like the little subversion with Bev and her daughter's talk here. Two subversions actually. And yes, the irony of Helen, an energetic girl in red who's half of a sibling team themed after skeletons with a lazy brother hating Undertale is not lost on me. You'd be surprised how many Undertale songs I can think of that fit her and Inklin pretty well.
