Newgrounds Tank Girl - HD Wallpaper

Author Comments

Some of you asked if there is a full image of the skin I've made. I made the original following the template to save the time and to use the visible space. Now I added the rest of the image and adapted the skin to HD wallpaper size. You can use it as your wallpaper, but please don't redistribute.

Maybe I will adapt this to also fit the phone wallpaper size. If you would like to see that, let me know in the comments. There's a name for her, stay tuned to find out.

Long live Newgrounds :)

this needs a flash movie

Awesome. Where can I see previous newgrounds wallpapers?

HugoTendaz responds:

Thank you.

Lot's of different artists make site skins. Most of them make wallpapers of it. Some for mobiles, some for desktop.

Here is one by Shamfoo -
And by Carrion -

Others are Red Minus, JohnnyUtah and Harry Partridge to name a few. You can't go wrong with Happy Harry :)

Awesome work here ! I really like the colors and the paper kind of texture. Was wondering if the idea was inspired from Jamie Hewlett's comic of the same title ?

HugoTendaz responds:

Thank you. Yes, it's an homage both to Jamie Hewlett and Newgrounds. It started as a pin up, but she got the tank along the way :) Have one more with her, just need to finish it.

HugoTendaz responds:

Thank you.

this better be a 4k image...

HugoTendaz responds:

Canvas is that size, but this exported image is 1920x1080p. Hope it looks OK on bigger screens. HD standards are moving so fast these days :)
