I said I might gouache, and now I've gouached. And I like it. This is a pretty simple painting, but it was a lot less frustrating to paint than usual. I also tried acrylic gouache a couple weeks ago, and I think I might like it even better, because I don't have to worry about it reactivating when I paint over it.
