OH MAH GAWD! METAL GEEEEEAR!
Done using pencils first, then pen over it. After that, I used PrismaColour markers for the hair and light blue, a Copic marker for the skin, and PrismaColour coloured pencils for the dark blue and to go over the light blue marker.
