blur begone

I agree with the other commenter: the blur is hurting the image. It's also hurting my eyes, as they vainly attempt to focus on the picture fail miserably.
If you're certain you want to keep the blur, I'd recommend localizing it so that some parts are blurred and other parts are in focus, which is a good way of guiding the viewer to around the design. Selectively focused areas will also give viewer's eyes a place to rest, and save an otherwise worthwhile image.

Great character balance. This is a great balance of character types and good job sticking to a color pallette.



It is nice, but...

It looks like you applied some sort of blur filter, and to be honest, it is hurting the image pretty badly. Just get rid of the blur filter and you are good.

It's a great drawing though, don't get me wrong.
