I'm still breathing.

....................................................................

oil and acrylic paint on stretched canvas, I had to photograph it instead of scanning it as it is on stretched canvas

It isn't dry and probably never will dry

I hate oil paint......Gonna keep practicing---but I hate it.

Very cool

So I enjoy these types of pieces of paintings glad to see some real paint style on here from time to time, this one was pretty cool would have loved more "LIGHTING" to come in on a more domminant spread somehow but this is your creation and it all seemed to evolve from one end to the next I could see this hanging on my wall, very nice piece you have here, love your work adn the only "TIP" I would have here is keep making beautifull art and let the world see all your talents and insights of the world.

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
just make more beautifull stuff such as this one.

Thanks! I have a lot of trouble with oil paint, but I wanna get better at it!

Doesn't dry even with the kind of weather you have over there? Strange paint. I do like the motive: colorful, exotic, full of variation and vividness... not all forms the most realistic, but it's nice to look at. Not all green, but all nature.

VariantSeven responds:

Well in Louisiana it's very humid, but isn't oil paint notorious for taking forever to dry? I guess I should talk to artists in other regions!
For the record, it's finally dry now!!!

Nice job! I like this painting. It kinda reminds me of coral reefs.

VariantSeven responds:

Thanks! I was thinking of an underwater painting next!
