This is an illustration of Madeira where I just felt like doing a pose. With this one during the feedback process, someone pointed out how the look of Madeira is stuck in the uncanny valley. It's made me see that I still have a long way to go in crafting an appealing balance of stylized reality. It's partly why I have been doing more art of human characters.
