For the pixelization of the image I wanted to round some parts out, make it look dynamic for the top to the bottom part of the medal as if it's not held perfectly up, and as if it's slightly crooked, I wanted the image to invoke a different detail/ style for how people viewed the image.

I even changed the middle section of the circle, the height of it, and decreased the complexity of the coloration along with making some of the lines smaller rather than bigger (mostly out of laziness).

Okay now don't be too mad at me but yes, I did use the OG image as a reference a little too well. The pixel art image did start out as a trace, MIND YOU; started out as. I will be 110% honest, if it's too similar to the original; I will take this down.

Like I said before; I'm honest about my methods, and what I do.

To note; I will try to contact the creator of the video to get his permission; if I don't have his permission I will take this down, I'm lawful evil after all, not chaotic evil. Yes I referred to my own alignment on a DnD scale but for simplicity sake I've been mostly been doing lawful evil actions, and lawful good actions.
