Time's up (Klock Redesign)

A slight redesign of a character I haven't drawn in awhile; Kazumi's brother, Klock.
The only thing I've changed about him is his scale color to match her sister's. I still loved his ripped/torn clothe design mixed in with some Steampunk-like gadgets and attire on him.
One of the main gimmick/attribute that I thought for him would be the fact that he has a great perception of time. What I mean by that is that he knows the perfect timing to strike for attack, to steal someone's lunch, to run away, to break a conversation, so on and so forth. It makes quite the cunning and speedy type. He is very loyal to his master and never disappointed him in the time he served and still serves him. The only person that would match Klock in terms of skills would be his very own sister. It would either be a very deadly battle or a truce between the two, if fate calls upon them one day.
