semi-recent work i've done for my story "TORUNITARANAI", look it up on wattpad if you'd like to read it!

BORING ARTIST STUFF KEEP SCROLLING IF YOU DONT WANNA READ:

-i used a drawing reference that i thought i kept pretty well to however the figure doesn't seem as good as the reference, but the arms seem uneven somehow.

-i used the rigid screentone brush in Krita for the shading which i feel did justice to the comic book/manga style, but there is another screentone brush that has smaller dots at the edges of where the dots stop, i wonder if i should've done that instead

-theres a little guy in the O, he comes in later in the story

-the reason the guy has a galaxy behind him is because in the story he has the ability to swipe with his katana and make a sort of sheet that acts as a portal and can send things to a pocket dimension, i used a mask with some random galaxy image to add that effect which i think worked out really good
