Good, but she looks like she licked a frog

this a kind of nami in drugs or something like that, her dilated pupils look so high 0_____0

Well, due to the way her shoulders are oriented it looks as if she has three arms and one is coming out of her neck. Her chest should be rolled toward the view her right obscured from view. When drawing be sure you know where the character's spine is helps avoid errors such as that. Also her arms are far too tube like and the elbows are far too round.

It's not terrible, it just needs work. Keep Practicing.
