I've been in a bit of a mermaid mood lately. So I deiced to finally finish off a SUPER OLD picture. It was one that was actually super great, I just never got around to completing it out of laziness.
This girl's name I've decided is Kawari.
Because people were confused before. No she's not perminantly stuck i nthis form, she usuallyturns back into human form when she's dry, but maybe she spilled something on herself, idk
