Honesty it looks like a faded movie poster or a snapshot from some cut-scene someone decided to have as a keepsake. As is, I'd consider it complete. Can't get enough of those eyes! If your wanting to 'go even further beyond?'
The shading and the lighting are just about perfect, but each structure could always be more 'individualized', be it clouds or eyebrows. The background could be a little less 'faded' and the person or foreground can always stand a bit more 'highlight'.
One approach that will help is to think of it all as a photograph that you alone have the negative of and let it 'develop' as it comes to you. Just continue presenting whatever you visualize the scene to be in your mind as best you can. You have the artistic talent and it is worthwhile to see it made if this is any indication.
Now from what I can see of your submissions, you're immersing yourself in 'different styles' by observing others' work, and trying out different techniques you study yourself. My advice to you is not to overextend working efforts and don't give up on working ethics, joint or otherwise. Accept it as fact that any creation of art can be a hobby, a livelihood, or both for you, any moment you choice it to be. My grandfather used to say that art is work that everyone loves and the craft people criticize last.
