During my high school years, before my first inspiration was Francis Bacon. During class we were given assignments, or homework about abstract works. This painting wasn’t part of the homework. I really wanted to try abstract, to see if I can make something and I did. Just not the feeling or emotions when creating a piece.
Francis Bacon is an abstract painter, his imagination of suffering made his work disturbing. Yet very interesting, between the dark tones and rough movements. I slowly understand abstract, and somehow that how I got into art from the first place. Well it was mostly about comics and animation, but I won’t denied the fact that fine art given me more ideas then before.
