Yeah Evelyn's surprisingly NOT a weeb. 

Twila is though, that's why she knows just what to get for Evelyn when it comes to cosplay. Here in particular, she thought the fact that Evelyn's a bit of a tsundere would be a good opportunity to have her dress up as one (and since Evelyn has no clue as to who this character is, the little joke/reference would fly right by her head).

The satisfaction of seeing Evelyn dress up and model her designs means she tends to do these cosplay outfits for her free of charge, which Evelyn of course has no issue with and accepts gladly, even if she literally has no idea as to who she's meant to be portraying.
