Like I mentioned earlier, Dusk isn't the only one who can be in control of the head. Twila and him can swap positions, giving him control of the body and her control of the head. Dusk is a lot more prone to just going along with what Twila wants in this form, mainly because trying to retaliate by messing with her never goes right. She always just finds a way to run with it, negating the point of it all. Besides, the less he antagonizes Twila, the more likely she is to not mess with him in their default. 

As you can see, Dusk can also still use his female form, and he doesn't even have to actively be TG'd by anyone to achieve it. Twila's ability to change the body to suit her needs got super charged with the whole dullahan business, and now the two can freely swap between all 3 of their looks for either their head or their body, although it's dependent on who is in control of what as usual. 

Also to note, this chibi style is adorable and I want to make more of them.
