I love the look on her face. I know this took some time. I also work with pencils and that can be rigorous & tenacious! Very good job. And great eye!
Cool - I was trying to get that whole "irreverent" feel with the expression. I didn't use a particular reference for the face, so with that in consideration I think I got the look across nicely. Thanks for the review!
Hair, facial and leaf detail are really nice and the contrast on the hair is brought out even more by its contrast to the leaves. The facial anatomy is good, if I have anything nit picky about it would be to lower the upper li away from the nose. Primarily I would say to work on the fingers, they seem block-like because of their shape and their isn't enough shading so they seem flat and twisted in parts. As well as the sizes of the digits, the first two digits are disproportionally longer than the third while the third ones are too short made obvious by the proper sizes of the nails.
Haha yeah.. hands haven't ever been my "forte" XD
And I didn't use a picture reference for this one, so I understand that the facial proportions aren't spot-on. Thanks for the critique, though, it means a lot :]
...it has a weird Sin City feel (with the whole only one visible color thing going). It's an awesome piece of work, and I love the detail in the hair as well.
I LOVE color isolation...something about it intrigues me. Thanks for the review!
