maybe you should add more shading in her cape but besides that it looks pretty much perfect
[Theme Park Inspired] Space Mountain Witch

Another theme-park inspired character design, here's an adorable witch that popped into my head when I thought, "what if the exterior of Space Mountain was a hat and a poncho?" I aimed for a different, more modern-looking aesthetic with this one, to match the aesthetic of the ride itself. The hardest part was figuring out how to achieve the "folded" effect on the hat and poncho. I love the way this turned out!

Also, looking at the picture, you're actually right about the shading. Good eye! I'll keep on the lookout for that next time I do soft shading like this!
