I love the concept. I also agree with Picopi, a series of gore drawings based of the Oz characters would be really cool.
It does look like Dorothy. Very good job.
It's not Alice, but you should do an Alice thing...That would be a dream come true...Also, maybe you should draw the other characters in the Wizard Of Oz in this bloody, yet unique format...

Your right the leg could use work but overall it is good, I would date her cause she is so cuuuute in a psychopatic way(Ignore me I am an insane person myself)anyways I really love what you have done with her face, todo we are not in the wizard of oz anymore XD.
