My feedback?
Good things: Nice drawing, plenty of detail,
and I can't seem to find any mistakes or things that are just not possible.
Bad things: I really can think of only one: from far away, or if you take your first look, it looks really messy, it takes a while to see what's what. Try working on that.
I give it a nine, as I said, uh, wrote: try working on the messy view.
I think it's nice and I have recommended you for the art portal.
(I'm not scouted yet so I can't scout you.)

Overall, it just looks kind of messy. I can barely make out the details of the buildings, and the smoke could use some work. Shading could be better too.

You need to get scouted before people can vote on your stuff I THINK....and you need 4 pieces of art to be scouted. So yeah.
