I imagined an OC of mine that is the equivalent of Knuckles from Sonic the Hedgehog and Buttercup from The Powerpuff Girls, so...here she is, meet Rakurai!

• Can turn into a robot resembling of Robot mode Sari Sumdac (Transformers: Animated) and Metal Sonic when she goes Metal Mode
• Has similar powers and abilities to Metal Sonic and Sari Sumdac
• Has thunder/electric powers
• Tech element
• Has strong martial arts combat and defense similar to Knuckles the Echnida and Buttercup

Facts about her

• She is Demibisexual
• Rakurai's name is a Japanese translation for "Lightning Strike"
• She is inspired off of Knuckles the Echnida and Buttercup
• Rakurai's real name, Molly, is named after her creator's desceased maine coon cat (R.I.P. to her)
• She is close friends with Sakura and Hoshizora
• Rakurai's blood is blue
• Rakurai actually wears a fuschia denim jean skirt and she has black shorts underneath it
• Rakurai is a big fan of Sonic the Hedgehog and Cookie Run
• She has sleeves and legwarmers similar to Crypton Future Media's VOCALOID designs.
• She is a cyborg, but not a robokitty Humanoid...but an actual Metal Sonic-esque humanoid despite she still has a power cord tail.

Backstory:

Prior to meeting Sakura and Hoshizora, Molly used to be a regular Human who's birthplace is Neopolis (main location of AdventNEON), she was getting into a martial arts training and has occurring dreams of becoming a fighter. But one fateful day when she was busy doing some Martial Arts training on an Angel Island Zone...she and her trainer found themselves surrounded by a bunch of Badniks who are about to "rain on their little parade", both Molly and her trainer did tried their best to fend them off with their martial combat (Molly was the rookie and her trainer was a pro).

When her trainer makes a great sacrifice to save her, Molly was soon captured by Eggman (who was on his Egg Mobile and saw her situation with the Badniks), where she was in a similar experimental situations to Sakura (My Persona), who was captured by the A.T.P. Engineers for a Nevadian Experiment at once, From where she gets the electric/thunder powers which caused her hair to be given permanent azure dyes on her hair, her blood getting blue, and then getting some lightning bolt marks on her cheeks to the point of her near robotization (that's how she gets her tech powers, robot form, and even her power cord tail)...eventually before her complete robitization, Molly broke free using her newfound powers which she can use them against any other foes including Badniks.

Although her escape succeeded despite being stuck as a Cyborg for eternity, Molly mourned the loss of her trainer. Because of her new found powers and abilties that she used, Molly now goes by the well-known alias called "Rakurai", but she can be also called "Rai" for short. She somewhat has PTSD due to her traumatic past involving her loss and pained experiments. Then...on March 2022, Rakurai knows about the Chaos Emeralds being seen everywhere in each of her creator's artworks which they're being collected by Sakura with the help of her best friend Hoshizora (aka Hoshi for short), apparently, it turned out she knows that Sakura and Knuckles have been cousins and has to investigate them in another zone where they have to find ONE more chaos emerald...that's where she bumped into her soon to be close friends, Sakura and Hoshizora.
