I have been watching My Hero Academia... It's good. So naturally I wanted to make up a hero. (yey)

Glacier:

Cools his body temperature dramatically to sub zero temperatures in order to fight. Favors hand to hand combat and grappling, but can perform ranged attacks by touching something then using it to aim his cold.

When he uses his power his skin and hair turns blue and his eyes glow, otherwise he is pale with blond hair.

His gauntlets have a rope dart on the right and a high powered fan on the left.

If he uses his powers to much he starts to over heat and suffer from heat stroke.
