Ruby Diessel, the Glitched Rider, is one of the members of “The Hooligans”, Europe’s most dangerous metahuman gang. Having a struggled past, she decides to use her individuality to revenge against the others who underestimated her and gather up with other humans and monsters who had the same fate as hers, witch ended up meeting and getting along with Sydney, the Kamikaze Harpy. 

 She wanted to make the Hooligan Empire spray across the globe with her avian partner. However, once Syd changed her mind and joined the VEGA program, she ended up alone with the other members with many of her dreams lefted in vain. In an attempt to revenge against Sydney’s adoptive father, Professor Roger, Ruby ended up getting her face disfigured in an accident, which makes her use a biker helmet to hide her mangled and glitched state.

Ruby can be depicted as an easy going, daring, understanding and a very committed woman. However, this is just a mask to hide her sadistic, proud, crude and envious side. Eventhoug she’s a rebel biker, her wheel blades are her ride option to blast though the roads (whitch she can also use them as projectiles that can climb walls). Beware; if she kiss you in a suspicious way in your cheek, you’ll be her next target.

Fun facts:

-Design and abilities inspired by Yumi Hoshimura (Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi), the Biker from Hotline Miami, Nitro Man from Mega Man 10 and most of all, TRON (both the original and the reboot);

-Also inspired by Ubisoft's infamous face glitch;

-Last, but not least, I imagine she speaking with a British accent (just like a good 'ol punk)
