I never showed it before, but Penny and Judge have a pool. I showed their hot tub before, but that's different from the pool.

Penny likes to swim, and as you may have seen from other comics, she also likes being naked. The fences are high enough that their neighbours can't look in, so Judge gave her the okay to skinny dip.

Skinny dipping with Summer seemed like it'd be a nice bonding experience.
