Thanks. This kind of effect is about working more with the ambient light and shapes and less with the lines.You have to remenber that dark tones will be in the front, start painting the background and respect the overall tone of the picture working with the colors of the background.

I like

how this has a mysterious feel to it. where you can hardly see the hero at the bottom right and the fuzziness adds to the unknown outcome of the battle

looks like we are all in that fever,didnt like the ramdom squares but the overrall lighting looks epic like the source.
