This is a tattoo that I had done in Thailand. His name is Argyle, the Combat Gerbil.
With inspiration from Jhonen Vasquez's Invader Zim character, Pee-Pee, this is a tattoo that represents a lot of different themes for me.
First off, his name, Argyle, was decided on by a friend of mine, Major Walls. He is a Gerbil because in the Air Force, my nickname is Gerbil. He is located on my left buttocks because, honestly, there is no better place for a Gerbil tattoo.
-His eyes are red to indicate his night vision capabilities.
-He carries the AFSOC (Air Force Special Operations Command) Combat Spear to show his combat readiness.
-He has a tattoo on his furry belly with an S/D separated by a lightning bolt. The S/D stands for Secret & Dangerous, while the lightning bolt indicates the electronic capabilities of the MC-130 Talon II.
-And finally, he is smoking a cigarette because he is a dirty Loadmaster...just like me.
His name is Argyle, the Combat Gerbil. He protects my ass from penetration.
