Great drawing! However the shading on the hair bothers me. It has that strange metallic shine that often see. This looks very unnatural. Instead of making one big across the hair, make a point where the light comes from and model the shine after that. Other than that the drawing is pretty good. I would have slightly more dynamic pose though.

That's a nice combination of somewhat morbid and cute! I really like the face you gave her; it's very adorable.
