Finding Eggman's Base

I really missed racing SA2 with some of my buds and decided to draw up a scene that happens after the cutscene where team Sonic locates Eggman's base. Also, I know some of the upgrades you don't get until later on. I just feel like Tails would make all their upgrades at the beginning for them.
