I think this drawing is pretty good. I like how the umbrella gradually fades into the background, it lets my attention go to the woman's face and body, which I thought was a nice touch.
My problem with this drawing though is her expression. She doesn't look angry at all. As the guy below me said, she looks more serious or neutral than anything else. A classic angry face has the eyebrows pointed down and in towards the nose, somewhat narrowed eyes, flared nostrils, and a frown. Not all of this needs to be drawn in perfect detail, but adding these elements in your own style would make the face more angry-looking.
If you're worried that doing this will detract from her cuteness, FEAR NOT! There is a solution! Instead of "angry," you could go for "pouty." A pout is simpler. Just stick out the lips a little and point the eyebrows down and in towards the nose slightly. Pouts are good because not only do they express petulant annoyance, they also double as being seductive if you soften the eyes and brows.
Anyway, it's up to you if you want to do any of that. I do like a lot of your stuff and I can recognize that you are very talented. I hope everything I wrote down was helpful. Looking forward to your future submissions!
